In 1984, Madhu Pandit Dasa, was entrusted by ISKCON (registered in Mumbai 1971 by the founder acharya Srila Prabupada) to manage and look after its office in Bangalore.

From 1984 till 2001 Madhu Pandit Dasa acted as the branch president of ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) and stated so on oath in various affidavits filed in the court. He also stated on oath that the ISKCON temple situated on Hare Krsna Hill, Rajajinagar, Bangalore belongs to ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971). For proof see: Frauds of Madhu Pandit Dasa

In 2001, due to various acts of insubordination by Madhu Pandit Dasa, ISKCON decided to investigate and take appropriate action against him. Madhu Pandit Dasa in order to keep the property entrusted to him by ISKCON (reg. Mumbia 1971) for himself illegally and fraudulently revived a defunct society in August 2001 by inserting names of himself, his wife and other family members, and thus claimed the whole temple property of Bangalore Branch of ISKCON (reg. What you should know:

If you have paid money to be a Life Member of ISKCON know for certain that your life membership card will not be honored at any real ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) center in India or abroad, because you have given your money to a family business and not to ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971).

ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) is challenging the frauds of Madhu Pandit Dasa in the High Court of Karnataka.

What you should do:

• Pass this information along to everyone you know, make sure all of Bangalore is informed. This crime is continuing because people are ignorant of the facts. Once the truth is known justice will follow.
  
  
• Immediately stop cooperating with Madhu Pandit Dasa and the current management of Hare Krsna Hill. By that we mean:

• Do not give donations of goods.
  
  
• Do not give them you valuable time as a volunteer worker.
  
  
• Do not go to the Hare Krsna Hill temple.
  
  
• Support the real ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) started by Srila Prabhupada. There is a local branch in Bengaluru.

Evil prospers when good men do nothing.

To the degree that you cooperate with criminals to that extent you are implicated. Before you were in ignorance but now you can not say you didn’t know. Any donation to or collaboration with this private organization that masquerades as ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) only strengthens and feeds this criminal deed and makes it more difficult for ISKCON (reg. Mumbai 1971) to win back its temple from the hands of these very cunning and dangerous lot posing as devotees.
